During my recent stay, I appreciated the attentive staff and enjoyed the delightful views from my floor. The pool area provided a refreshing escape after exploring. However, the outdated aspects of the hotel were noticeable, yet it didn’t overshadow my overall experience.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered an impressive variety, including delicious square hamburgers. However, the bacon situation during breakfast was frustrating. guests had to request it specifically from the chef. Additionally, noise from the nearby sky train was a concern, although the friendly staff did relocate us when we complained. Facilities like a gym and pool provided nice relaxation spots, but the top floor bar was abruptly closed for a private event, limiting access to great views.

Best for families looking for fun
Had a fantastic time with the kids at the pool, the water was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooftop bar had views that felt like we were on top of the world, the drinks were pricey but totally worth it for the atmosphere and vibe.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still a decent value for what you got.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior King Room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The location is convenient, close to a metro station.

The breakfast buffet was a feast worth waking up for. I especially loved the fresh tropical fruits and the crispy fries—it’s a culinary explosion! Plus, the staff at the Red Pepper could use a smile, but Kim from front office is a gem that lights up the place.
The shower in the tub was a bit of a chore to navigate, and the aircon was either Antarctic or off—no sweet spot in between. Also, had to switch from a twin to a double bed, but they handled that smoothly.

However, my view was just a bunch of tall buildings—so much for 'room with a view! ' The breakfast could use a GPS for better navigation.

The Superior King Room felt spacious, offering a comfortable bed which really helped after long travel days. The staff was friendly and attentive, always around to help with any questions or needs. Breakfast saved the day with a variety of options. everything from fresh tropical fruits to hot dishes that were hard to resist. The location couldn’t be better. close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The air conditioning, however, was problematic at times. it tended to feel either too cold or not cold enough. The shower in the tub needed some maneuvering to get right, which could be a hassle. Overall, these small issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they were definitely noticeable. I’d recommend this hotel as a solid base in Bangkok, especially for the amenities and service.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location's spot-on for exploring local markets and hitting the skytrain. Breakfast was a legit highlight, offering a great variety. The pool was a nice chill spot. Don't miss out on the nearby bars and restaurants!
The hair dryer in our room kept cutting out due to overheating. It was a bit annoying, especially when in a rush.
